Tableful Terms of Use
Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last revised: October 6, 2026
These Tableful Terms of Use (this "Agreement") apply to your access or use of the https://tableful.club website, the Tableful web application, and the content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services") made available by Tableful. "Tableful," "we," and "us" mean Tableful, the company providing the Services, with public contact Hollywood, CA 90028. "User," "you" mean any user of the Services — including guests, hosts, promoters, venues, and collaborators. This Agreement incorporates the Tableful policies referenced by name or link, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any Offer Spec Sheet presented at purchase (collectively, the "Tableful Policies").
By accessing or using the Services, or by clicking "accept" or "agree," you (1) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and (2) represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where higher) and not prohibited by law from using the Services. Accounts, self-RSVPs, and purchases require the acting user to be 18+; we may require a birthday and/or an in-product age attestation before those actions complete. Adult purchase for a minor attendee: an adult may buy and assign or send a ticket/seat to a younger guest where the event and host Spec Sheet allow attendance by that guest; the adult remains the contracting buyer. Alcohol and venue door rules (including 21+ where applicable) remain host/Venue requirements stated on the offer — they do not replace the 18+ account/purchase rule. Counsel may refine this wording; product enforcement follows this lock. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (Section 30) APPLICABLE TO USERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND MEXICO.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
Part I — The Services
1. What Tableful is. Tableful is a platform that makes capacity-constrained premium hospitality inventory divisible and bookable: per-person VIP Seats at shared tables, full tables, RSVP coordination, and related host tools, at participating third-party venues, events, and experiences (each, a "Venue"). Tableful provides the marketplace, payment, communication, and coordination infrastructure. Tableful is not the organizer, promoter, or operator of any Venue event, and except where expressly stated for a specific offer, does not provide the underlying hospitality services.
2. Roles. The Services distinguish: Guests (browse, RSVP, request, purchase, attend); Hosts (create events and offers, set requirements, review requests, receive payouts); Promoters/Collaborators (promote offers and earn commissions, including per-event or per-account collaborations with hosts); and Venues (provide the physical space and included services). One account may hold several roles. Capabilities available to each role are governed by the in-product permission system and this Agreement.
3. Offers and Spec Sheets. Every purchasable offer is defined by an Offer Spec Sheet created by the host or Venue: what is included (e.g., expedited entry, table access, drink inclusions), capacity, schedule, and requirements. The Spec Sheet is part of this Agreement for that purchase: what is checked is what is owed. Tableful relays the host's or Venue's stated offering; Tableful does not invent inclusions. If a delivered experience materially departs from the Spec Sheet, the dispute process in Section 14 applies.
4. Aggregated and unclaimed-Venue inventory. Some listings describe events or tables at Venues that have not yet partnered with Tableful, or that Tableful sources or auto-generates from public event data ("Aggregated Offers" / "Auto-Generated Offers"). Aggregated Offers are coordination services: Tableful (or a designated gatherer) organizes a group and secures the described inventory on the group's behalf. Aggregated Offers may carry a clearly disclosed service fee or markup instead of, or in addition to, Venue-set pricing. Where an offer is marked Official or Verified (claimed through Tableful's verification tools), the host's or Venue's own terms and pricing apply as stated on that offer. A Venue or host may have a claimed page while Tableful still surfaces Auto-Generated Offers for that place — those appear in Explore and on the host page under an explicitly marked section stating they are auto-generated and awaiting requests, not officially created by the host. Tableful-initiated offerings may sit on top of venues that do or do not have an official account.
Part II — Purchases, Thresholds, Escrow, and Refunds
5. Who you are buying from. Depending on the offer, your counterparty is: (a) the Venue or host, with Tableful acting as agent and payment facilitator (Venue-partnered or Official/Verified offers); (b) Tableful, purchasing or arranging inventory on the group's behalf (Tableful-initiated Aggregated / Auto-Generated Offers, including where Tableful marks up to facilitate a booking with a partner without a signed agreement); or (c) a guest host, who organizes and purchases the underlying booking and collects contributions through Tableful (guest-hosted tables). The offer page discloses which model applies. For alcohol-inclusive packages, the licensed Venue is always the seller of record for alcohol.
6. Pricing, fees, payment methods, and price transparency. Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars unless shown otherwise. Tableful accepts, among other forms of payment, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and debit cards, processed by Stripe; you may only use payment methods you own or are expressly authorized to use.
Who sets prices depends on the offer type. For Official / Verified offers claimed by a host or Venue through Tableful's verification tools (shown with an Official/Verified badge), the host or Venue sets and passes the official pricing information; Tableful may assist with tools and suggestions, but the host or Venue is responsible for the base commercial terms they submit. For Aggregated / Auto-Generated / unclaimed inventory, and where Tableful facilitates a booking with a partner without a signed agreement, Tableful may set prices — including markups on full tables and shared seats, split-table price points chosen for fill, and premiums for special experiences — so guests have more options rather than fewer. Split-seat totals may exceed the price of the same unsplit space sold elsewhere; that is allowed.
Default for claimed hosts: Tableful's standard practice is to keep the same base price the host uses elsewhere and may apply a standard platform markup disclosed at checkout; special prices (up or down) are reserved for specific cases and disclosed. Where a host applies a further markup to a shared table, checkout shows the price decomposition: base price, Tableful service fee/markup, and host markup. Hosts and Venues may set minimum-spend or minimum-fill requirements, and prices for an offer may change over time (including scheduled decay or demand-based adjustments) — the price you pay is the price shown and confirmed at your checkout, and later price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases except as stated in a visible early-bird or price-protection policy on the offer. You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when incurred, including applicable taxes.
6a. Promo codes. Tableful may offer promotional codes ("Promo Codes"). Applying a Promo Code to a purchase credits that purchase to the promoter associated with the code. Promo Codes may carry percentage or fixed-amount discounts (capped so a discount never exceeds the promoter's share), and Tableful may impose conditions on any coupon, promotional code, or gift card. Hosts and Venues who sell through Tableful may use their own promo code or special link so they also receive the promoter share on those sales, while the sale and organization remain on Tableful.
7. Threshold offers (fill-or-refund). Some offers activate only when a stated threshold is met (a minimum number of seats or a minimum total committed). While a threshold offer is filling, your payment authorization or hold is collected at commitment. If the threshold is not met by the stated deadline, the offer does not activate and all committed amounts are automatically released or refunded in full. If the threshold is met, the booking confirms automatically (or after host review where the offer so states) and the purchase becomes final subject to Section 11.
8. Escrow-style holds and payout timing. Guest payments are held by Tableful and released according to the payout ladder disclosed at purchase. Standard: Tableful initiates transfer to the host immediately after the guest checks in with the host (door/redemption confirmation). Pro / paid / verified hosts: Tableful may release funds earlier (including up front or on booking confirmation) because of a higher-trust relationship; those hosts remain fully responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and Spec-Sheet remedies — earlier payout is timing only, not a waiver of clawback. Unverified hosts may wait until after check-in or a short post-check-in window where the offer so states. These holds protect guests against non-delivery and hosts against payment fraud. Holds mitigate fraud and non-performance between the parties; they are not deposit insurance. Card-network dispute windows can exceed the hold period, and residual dispute exposure is allocated per Section 11 and our fee schedule.
8a. Payment rails, late fees, and delays. A host chooses one payment rail: their own processor, Tableful, or none. In-app pay tools stay available on each choice. An offer may take a deposit that is optional or required; a required deposit is not the whole amount. The remainder is paid in the app or at the venue, as that offer states. When the remainder is at the venue, the venue marks the amount and attaches the receipt, and Tableful invoices its share. That mark is not a transfer. An invoice is due the day it is known. There is no late fee during a 14-day grace. After that grace, each further billing cycle adds 4% of what is still owed. The percent is floored and compounds. The billing cycle is 14 days unless an admin set a different cycle for that host. The late fee is split 50/50: half to Tableful, half to the party waiting on the payout. That split is not a commission. A delay in payment is between the users. Tableful is only the intermediary. A delay is not Tableful's fault.
8b. Optional tips (when tipping is offered). After a night, you may be offered an optional extra tip. Tip servers (or the table-service team) is a tip pool sent to the venue or night host through Stripe Connect. Tableful does not keep any of that tip amount. Card networks may charge processing when those rates are configured; that is not a Tableful cut of the tip. The venue shares the pool with the people who served you; Tableful does not run per-person server wallets. Tip Tableful is a voluntary contribution to the product (see About Us). Tips appear only when that feature is turned on for the environment you are using. Production may keep tipping off until we say otherwise in-product. This section does not invent a tip percentage.
8c. Instant payment options (when offered). Some nights may offer paying Tableful by Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo using a unique memo we show you. That path is optional and only appears when Instant is turned on for that host plan and environment. Stripe card checkout stays the usual path. When Instant is offered, checkout may add a 1% Tableful Instant path fee on the night total so we can run Instant matching automations and further payouts — disclosed in the Instant line items as “Tableful Instant path fee.” Vendor receive fees (for example Venmo Business seller fees), when those profiles apply and are configured, may also pass through so Tableful nets the night price. Production Instant is off until we enable it. Do not assume Instant or a live test charge is available. FAST gifts on private gatherings are different: they are off-platform Cash App / Venmo / Zelle links to the organizer. Tableful does not hold those gift funds and does not take a gift skim. Marking “I sent a gift” is honor-system, not payment proof.
9. Order confirmation and verification. If you do not receive a confirmation after submitting payment, it is your responsibility to verify with Tableful whether the order was placed. Account, order, and billing information must be valid and verifiable; orders placed with false, misleading, or unverifiable information are subject to cancellation.
10. Delivery and transfer. Purchased seats and tickets are delivered in the app and by email, and may be shared or transferred to another user through the in-product transfer flow. Resale or attempted resale of reservations outside the Services is prohibited and is grounds for cancellation and account termination.
11. Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. Unless an offer states otherwise: (a) activated purchases are final and non-refundable; (b) if the underlying event is canceled and not rescheduled within twelve months, you may receive a refund or a comparable exchange as the offer states; (c) failed threshold offers refund automatically in full (Section 7); (d) documented Spec-Sheet departures are resolved per Section 14. You agree not to circumvent refund terms by initiating chargebacks; doing so may result in cancellation of the affected purchases, refusal of future purchases, and account suspension. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.
12. No-show and seat integrity. A confirmed seat is a commitment to the other guests sharing it. Offers may include deposit-versus-balance splits, late-cancel penalties, or waitlist backfill rules, shown before purchase. Repeated no-shows may affect account standing and eligibility for vetted offers.
Part III — Hosts, Promoters, and Earnings
13. Host and promoter earnings. Hosts, promoters, and collaborators may earn: (a) sales commissions on actual transactions they drive; (b) host markup on shared tables they curate, disclosed to guests per Section 6; and (c) network commissions for onboarding new hosts or Venues, paid solely out of Tableful's net retained revenue after partner payouts, fees, and taxes, and subject to stated caps (fixed amounts and/or time limits). All earnings derive exclusively from real, completed transactions. No earnings are paid for recruitment itself. There are no fees to join, activate, or maintain earning status. Earning relationships are capped at the depth configured for the program (never more than promoter → sub-promoter). Payouts require identity verification and tax onboarding through our payment processor (currently Stripe Connect) and are subject to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Connect is per host page: you may link a Stripe Express account so we can Transfer your share after the payout ladder in Section 8. Guests pay Tableful; who is paid internally is not shown on ordinary guest checkout. This Agreement does not invent commission percentages. Commercial splits live in disclosed product knobs and signed partnerships.
13a. Host / Venue price parity (same product). Hosts and Venues agree that the base price of the same product offered on Tableful is not higher than the base price they charge for that same product through other sales channels, exclusive of Tableful service fees, applicable taxes, and any disclosed host markup. Split or per-seat packaging is not the same product as an unsplit full table: a Venue may price shared seats such that the split total exceeds the unsplit space price elsewhere (for example, a $1,000 ten-person table sold as seats totaling $1,500). What they may not do is list the same product (same packaging and inclusions) at a higher base on Tableful than they charge for it elsewhere.
13b. Partner exclusivity — Covered Inventory and channel. This Section 13b applies to a Venue or host that has entered a signed partnership with Tableful (a "Partner"). It is intended to keep Covered Inventory organized on Tableful so guests can see table-mates and so Partners receive the full platform value (tracking, billing, promoter management, layout and event tools, team, and guest coordination). Tableful's goal is to resolve Partner pain points on-platform (small fixes and features at no extra charge; larger boutique features for a disclosed fee).
Definitions for this Section 13b. "Covered Inventory" means the capacity-constrained table and VIP-seat inventory described in the Partner's agreement and related Offer Spec Sheets — including (i) capacity-splitting sales (per-seat / shared-table inventory of the kind Tableful provides) and (ii) individual table sales for that same covered set. "Exclusive Term" means each rolling one-year partnership period under this Section. "Post-Term Restraint Period" means the one-year period beginning on the effective date of termination or non-renewal of the Exclusive Term. "Competing Splitter" means any third-party marketplace, ticketing tool, or similar service that sells or facilitates capacity-splitting of tables or comparable premium inventory in the manner Tableful does.
In-term exclusivity (hard). During each Exclusive Term and any extension, the Partner agrees that sales of Covered Inventory run through Tableful. Without limiting the foregoing, the Partner will not: (a) onboard, list, or exclusively commit Covered Inventory to a Competing Splitter; (b) move Covered Inventory splitting or individual-table sales to Eventbrite or a similar third-party checkout while the Exclusive Term is in effect; or (c) divert those sales to a pure self-serve or DIY path that bypasses Tableful's organization, guest visibility, and payment flows. If the Partner wishes to originate sales themselves, those sales of Covered Inventory still run through Tableful (for example via the Partner's promo code or special link, under which the Partner may receive the promoter share described elsewhere in this Agreement and in the partnership terms).
Carve-outs. Channels that do not involve capacity-splitting and that are not Competing Splitters may be allowed only where they do not substitute for Tableful's split / individual-table sale flow for Covered Inventory. Anything involving splitting of Covered Inventory is not carved out.
Term, renewal, and cancellation. Exclusive Terms are rolling one-year periods and auto-renew by default unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal or cancellation at least one (1) month before the then-current Exclusive Term ends (or as the signed partnership states if stricter). During the Exclusive Term and while extended, the in-term exclusivity above is required.
Post-Term Restraint Period (soft / negotiable). For one (1) year after the Exclusive Term ends, the Partner will not sell or facilitate Covered Inventory splitting (or equivalent individual-table sales that undercut this exclusivity) with a Competing Splitter or as a bypass of Tableful. This restraint exists so integration and collaboration can complete before adding another team, and so a Partner does not leave solely to recreate the same split flow elsewhere. Tableful may negotiate or shorten the Post-Term Restraint Period on a case-by-case basis. In-term exclusivity and through-Tableful sales during any active Exclusive Term remain required and are not waived by post-term negotiation.
Partner-favorable caveats. The in-term exclusivity and the Post-Term Restraint Period do not apply, or wind down as counsel and the facts require, if: (i) Tableful dissolves or permanently ceases to provide the contracted Services; (ii) Tableful materially fails to provide the contracted Services after written notice and a reasonable cure period stated in the partnership (or thirty (30) days if none is stated); or (iii) other reasonable Partner-side causes that counsel recognizes (for example, regulatory prohibition on continuing the arrangement). Nothing in this Section 13b invents fee or commission percentages; commercial splits live in the signed partnership and disclosed product knobs.
14. Spec-Sheet departures and dispute process. Guests may report a material departure from an offer's Spec Sheet (e.g., entry not expedited as stated, table not provided, inclusions not honored) within 3 days after the event. Tableful reviews reports against the Spec Sheet, check-in and redemption records, and any venue response, and may issue full or partial credits or refunds, and/or record a public performance mark against the host or Venue. Hosts and Venues have a right of reply before any public mark is posted. (This contractual guest-report window is separate from card-network chargeback deadlines, which may be longer.)
15. Venue rules, alcohol, and conduct. You agree to comply with each Venue's house rules, which are surfaced at claim or purchase time. Venues may refuse admission or eject any person for disorderly conduct or rules violations, without refund, consistent with applicable law. You and your belongings may be subject to search on entry. Alcohol is sold and served solely by the licensed Venue; Tableful's role is limited to packaging and payment facilitation.
Part IV — Accounts, Identity, and the Anonymity Ladder
16. The identity ladder. The Services operate in tiers: (a) browsing requires no account; (b) RSVP to casual events may be done without a password account via a verified email (a limited "shadow" account you may later claim); (c) requests to join hosted tables, likes, comments, messaging, and similar social actions require a signed-in, email-verified account; (d) purchases collect at least a ticket name and email (phone and other fields when the host requires them). You may continue as a guest without creating a password account. We keep a shadow record keyed to that email so tickets, refunds, and later sign-in with the same verified email can attach. Signing in is encouraged; it is not a hard wall at pay. Hosts may set additional commitment requirements per offer (open join, request-and-approve, or vetted with photo/bio/social handle), disclosed before you commit.
16a. Guest checkout contact. Checkout email is how tickets arrive and how we reach you about that order. Contact does not appear on public feeds or guest lists. A guest purchase does not spend another person's credits.
16b. Communities (hubs). Tableful may offer closed Communities (campuses, orgs, and similar). Anyone can browse the public directory. Joining a hub may require proof you name at join time (for example a verified school email). Maintainers and the Tableful team may see membership and proof as needed to run the hub. Hub boards are for members. Requesting a campus shares the contact you submit with Tableful so we can follow up.
17. Account responsibility. Registration data must be true, accurate, and current. You are responsible for your account's confidentiality and activity. Do not conceal identity through multiple emails or accounts to conduct transactions.
Part V — Communications, Reviews, and Content
18. Communications and consent. By using the Services you agree to receive transactional electronic messages (confirmations, changes, cancellations) by email, SMS, or push. Where you join a host's event or table, that host may send you event-related messages and, only with your opt-in consent, follow-up marketing (retargeting) messages; every marketing message includes unsubscribe, and consent can be withdrawn at any time in settings. Message rates are limited and all conversations carry block/report tools.
19. Reviews and reputation. Reviews and ratings of hosts, promoters, and Venues are public and may be posted only by users with a verified, completed experience; review subjects have a right of reply. Guest-to-guest ratings are private, are never displayed publicly, and may be visible to premium hosts for vetting and to Tableful for safety purposes. Paid, incentivized, or manipulated ratings are prohibited (reporting genuine problems may be rewarded with credits; star ratings are never paid).
20. User content. You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, photos, profile media) and grant Tableful a nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. Content must be lawful, non-infringing, and consistent with the Community Guidelines, including our NSFW rules (explicit pornographic and extreme content is prohibited; milder adult content must be tagged; users under 18 never see adult-tagged content). Profile and event images are moderated before public display. Tableful may monitor, remove, or edit content at its discretion.
20a. Photo scanning. Photos you upload are scanned for NSFW content. Tableful does not allow porn or extreme nudity. Automated vendors (currently Sightengine, with Amazon Rekognition as a fallback) may receive the image bytes to return a verdict. Manual review can still apply. If a photo is blocked by mistake, write us on the Support page. We keep a minimal scan record for operations quality, not a public gallery of rejected files.
20b. Connect Music (coming on production). On staging, and later on production when we enable it, you may link Apple Music, SoundCloud, Tidal, or YouTube (and Spotify only if we separately turn that on) from Account preferences. We use favorites, follows, library artists, or subscriptions/likes to suggest nights. We do not keep a full listening diary or YouTube watch history. You can disconnect anytime; we then drop stored tokens. Artist or channel keys we already synced stay until you remove them from Account preferences. Guests control public versus private, including music taste. Hosts do not get a music-taste filter. They see that taste only through a Request you send, and only if you chose to share it. Tableful matching of other guests to your music graph is later. Production Connect Music stays off until we enable it. By using Connect YouTube or other YouTube API Services in the Services, you agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service. Tags and teams you pick yourself still shape suggestions without linking an app. Each linked app’s own terms apply. This is not a claim that Instant pay or a live $1 charge is on.
Part VI — General Legal Terms
21. Privacy. Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect at each identity tier, what we share with Venues (including names for entry, disclosed at payment time), and your rights and choices.
22. Intellectual property; use restrictions. The Services and all text, graphical content, video, data, and other content made available through them (the "Tableful Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws and are licensed, not sold, for your personal use only. No license in any Tableful or third-party trademark is granted. You agree not to (and not to allow any third party to): (1) use any deep-link, robot, spider, scraper, or other automatic or manual device to access, copy, search, or monitor the Services or Tableful Content, except as expressly authorized; (2) take any action imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (3) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the Services' functionality; (4) rent, lease, copy, provide access to, or sublicense any portion of the Services to a third party; (5) incorporate any portion of the Services into a product or service provided to a third party; (6) reverse engineer, decompile, or seek the source code or non-public APIs, except as permitted by law upon advance notice; (7) modify the Services or create derivative products; (8) remove or obscure proprietary notices; (9) use the Services for any illegal purpose; or (10) publicly disseminate performance information about the Services or use them for competitive analysis or benchmarking. Not all features are available in all locations; we may limit any feature by person or geography.
23. Modifications and termination. We may modify the Services (including adding, removing, or changing features or participating Venues) and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination of your account may delete stored content, for which Tableful has no liability.
23a. Technical requirements. The Services require internet access; you are responsible for carrier data and text-message charges. Text-message-based features require an active mobile carrier account and may not work with prepaid phones or all carriers. JavaScript (or similar) must be enabled for full functionality; some features may be unavailable with it disabled.
24. Release. Venues and hosts are solely responsible for their interactions with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law you release the Tableful parties from claims arising from your visit to any Venue, without limiting Tableful's responsibility for its own payment and platform obligations. California residents waive Civil Code §1542 as to such unknown claims.
25. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
26. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TABLEFUL PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID THROUGH THE SERVICES FOR THE TRANSACTION AT ISSUE OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or Tableful's obligation to refund under Sections 7 and 11.
27. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold harmless the Tableful parties from claims resulting from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of this Agreement.
28. Third-party services. The Services link to or rely on third parties (including Stripe, Clerk, Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta, Sightengine, Amazon Web Services, Spotify, SoundCloud, Tidal, and YouTube). Tableful uses YouTube API Services for Connect YouTube and related embeds. YouTube’s Terms of Service are displayed with those features, and by using those YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Music apps you Connect are governed by that provider’s terms as well as this Agreement. App-store providers are third-party beneficiaries as applicable.
29. Export control; U.S. Government users. Standard export-control and commercial-item terms apply.
30. ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND FORUM. U.S. and Canada residents: disputes are settled exclusively by binding, confidential, individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules; class and representative proceedings are waived; small-claims court and emergency equitable relief remain available; IP/CFAA/defamation claims may be brought in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. Mexico residents: class-action waiver per the Federal Code of Civil Procedure. If the class-waiver subparts are invalidated, the arbitration provision is void. If a claim proceeds in court, exclusive venue is Los Angeles County, California.
31. Choice of law; severability; assignment; waiver. California law governs (with the FAA). Invalid provisions are severed. You may not assign this Agreement; Tableful may. No waiver is continuing.
