Create a night with the name, place, date, and capacity. Publish it and it is live on Explore with its own page — that page carries your price, your inclusions, and your deadlines. Change the plan and the page changes; guests always see the current version.
Your door, already staffed
The going list is live as guests book. At the door, your team scans or checks guests in from the same screen they use all night — no exported spreadsheets, no second app.
Loyalty is your instrument
Regulars fill tables. On Tableful you can thank them directly:
- Perks — a welcome drink, a food item, or a custom gesture in your own words. You write it, you pick who gets it: guests you hand-pick, or everyone going. Perks can run for one night or stand across your nights with a run window you set.
- Membership discounts — your offer to your people, ad-hoc or unlocked after a guest meets a loyalty metric you choose. It is funded from your side of the night because it is your offer.
Guests see your offerings and their own progress on your profile page and on their account. New hosts start with templates — a welcome-drink draft is already sitting in your perks section, ready to edit or publish as-is.
The honest rules
- You own your offers. Tableful configures the rails and the limits; it never writes your perks for you.
- Perks are promises, not pricing — they never carry percentages or prices.
