How shared tables work on Tableful

A shared table on Tableful is a real night with real people, booked by the seat. Here is exactly how the guest side works — from browsing to the door.

Tableful Editorial ·

The short version

You browse nights on Explore, open the one you want, and take a seat or a spot on the guest list. The night page is the source of truth: live price, what is included, the deadline, the plan. You show up in person and the door already knows you.

Step by step

  1. Find a night. Explore lists published nights — LA first, more cities as inventory goes live. Filter by what you are looking for; every card links to the night page.
  2. Read the night page. Price, inclusions, timing, and any house rules live here. If the host offers a loyalty perk — a welcome drink, a food item, something custom — it shows on this page as the host's promise, in the host's own words.
  3. Book your place. Pay on the night page and you are on the list. Your confirmation lives on your account and on the night page itself.
  4. Walk in. At the door, the host's team sees the going list. If you have a drink perk, it is a QR the door scans — same scan they already run all night.

After the night

Your nights attended count toward your loyalty tier. When a tier applies to a night, Tableful gives back a share of its own fees on that order as your loyalty discount — the exact line is on your order, and your progress lives on your account. Milestones also earn badges you can show on your profile or keep private — your call, per badge.

Good to know

  • Prices, inclusions, and deadlines are set per night and always live on the night page — editorial pages like this one never quote them.
  • Loyalty perks are the host's gesture, honored by the host's door. Tableful carries the promise; the host keeps it.
